A global team of subject experts
CobbleWeb was founded in 2012 by Ramdane Mir (CEO) and Paul Payen de La Garanderie (CTO) to provide a more user-focused and business success-oriented development partner for digital entrepreneurs.
Ramdane Mir
Ramdane started his career as a software engineer for the European Space Agency, where his team, which included members from NASA, automated the calibration of radiometers used in satellites. You could call it his debut as a tech solutionist!
A Master’s degree in Computer Science from ENSEA, an elite grande école, formalised his early interest in finding solutions for the challenges that digital entrepreneurs face.
Paul Payen
Paul and Ramdane met when they were both working for a leading IT services provider in London. According to Ramdane, Paul quickly built a reputation as an outstanding software developer and problem solver. That must be true, because he was put in charge of developing and managing a REST API for international fashion brand Chanel, in addition to working on complex projects for TotalEnergies, the French oil and gas giant.
Our London, UK-headquartered agency is able to produce consistent high-quality outcomes due to a close-knit team of accomplished subject experts situated across the world.
