IHSS Connect wanted their service providers to be able to build trust in their offering by showcasing their experience, expertise and certifications in searchable rich profiles.
We developed an interface for service providers that allowed them to create and update their profiles quickly via drop-down lists. Profile sections include provider details (preferences, task scope, languages), experience & training (education, certifications, medical conditions), transportation, and availability (short or long term, overnight, on-call, split shifts).
The platform search engine uses easy-to-negotiate dropdown filters to deliver highly granular service provider results. This ensures faster, better quality matches for clients.
