Users had to be able to adapt projects in multiple ways: associate potential service providers or contracts, set up meetings, or add amendment.

Each project requires at least two meetings with in-house experts. The tool had to help users manage those meetings and associate them with projects.

A multi-tier notification system had to notify users of meetings and deliver alerts for slow-moving projects.

Add Project

Users can create new projects to which they can add the project details and goals, invite potential service providers, attach documents, and associate additional resources. They are also prompted to set up two compulsory meetings, one to examine the service provider’s expertise and one to examine the financial viability of the project.
